If you need a place to relax and unwind then this is the place to be! Bed and breakfast? No, but we will leave a box of cereals and a carton of fresh Cornish milk in your fridge for you to enjoy. You can come and go at your leisure, stay in bed or run on the cliff tops!
Welcome
Our self-contained flat is in a lovely sunny position and has a nice outside area/garden for you to enjoy the sun, (We have a BBQ for your use) accessed through french windows from the living room. You are able to leave your car in our driveway while you walk into St Ives. We are very close to the coastal footpath, where you can enjoy a longer walk into St Ives or to Zennor. St Ives is a very beautiful place to be on holiday and we hope that we can help make your time here a "holiday to remember"
The accommodation comprises of one large double room, with shower room and toilet, there is a double sofa bed in the living room and an extra single bed available if required. We can also provide a cot and high chair. There are two televisions a DVD player and internet access. Our policy is NO SMOKING. Electricity is included. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, and if you need a washing machine during your stay one can be made available. We will supply bed linen and towels (not beach towels). Sorry No Dogs allowed. St Ives has an abundance of restaurants, but if you feel like staying in, our well equipped kitchen has all you need. Take a look at Porthminster Cafe and www.seafoodcafe.co.uk , to name but a few.

St Ives has its own Tate gallery, plus lots of other galleries with a wide variety of art and paintings, historic houses and gardens. The Kidz R Us Youth Theater Company have a full programme of productions through out the year. There is something of interest for everyone. It also has lovely old cobble streets and a quaint fishing harbour, with lots of restaurants and pubs, gift shops, cafes and Cornish pasties galore, not forgetting its own lifeboat station. The Eden Project is an hours drive away, with St Michael's Mount and the Minack Open Air Theatre close by. St Ives has its own swimming pool and leisure centre.
If it is beaches you are looking for, the blue flag beaches of Porthkidney sands, CarbisBay, Porthminster, Porthgwidden and Porthmeor (great surfing) all have their own unique character and offer a wide variety to suit different tastes.
Other places of interest are the scenic coastal path walks, Golf courses, fishing, boat trips, horse riding and trips to the Isles of Scilly by boat, plane or helicopter.

We book from Friday to Friday, as sometimes the traffic coming to Cornwall can be quite heavy on a Saturday. We are open all year round and short breaks can be arranged out of season, please ask.
